Clinical Pharmacist

CareTeam is actively placing a full-time Clinical Pharmacist for a hospital-based role in New York. This is a hands-on clinical position, not a retail or dispensing-only role. If your background is in hospital pharmacy, we want to hear from you.

The Role

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Pay: $65/hour
• Setting: Hospital pharmacy
• Clinical pharmacy experience is required. Retail-only backgrounds will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Dispensing of medications and pharmaceutical supplies in accordance with departmental standards, with direct interaction across patients, families, medical staff, and hospital management.

Requirements

• Active NYS Registered Pharmacist license
• 2 to 3 years of clinical pharmacy experience
• Prior hospital pharmacy experience required
